La cercanía a Vélez, era lo que más nos importaba, está a 300 mts. Ducha con buena presión de agua, fría y caliente.
Bastante ruidoso (colectivos, tráfico, y la puerta del edificio está al lado de la puerta de ingreso al depto). Es un monoambiente dividido con mampara de plástico, no hay privacidad. No me animaría a cocinar adentro, por los olores, es más chico de lo que pensamos.

La ubicacion.
No tiene mesa y sillas. Para sentarse a comer es incomodo. Las sabanas estaban rotas y muy viejas. Aparecieron cucarachas, y a pesar de echar matacucarachas seguian apareciendo. El horno no funciona.
