Apartment Vlora Lungomare

A patient and professional host waited for me in the cold to hand me the keys and show me the flat. I traveled alone as a female remote worker so I recommend this home for anyone similar. It was nice to enjoy coffee on the sunny balcony with the sea view, work online from the spacious couch, fry fresh seafood properly in the kitchen (there is a small fish shop next door), use the modern washing machine, and sleep in the comfortable bed with the functional heater on all night (1 twin bed and 1 queen bed). Communication with the host was both fast and responsive.

No major problems. Only trivial things to consider was that the bathroom floor can get a bit wet so remember to remove your hair from the drain. Plus, the door lock can be tricky at first try but should be easy the remainder of your stay after the host shows you how to unlock. :)

L'appartamento è moderno, situato in centro e vicino alla spiaggia (se si può parlare di centro, visto che il paese è una lunga striscia di hotel, palazzoni e ristoranti fra mare e laguna.) Comunque è vicino a tutto. Gli host sono gentili e disponibili.

La casa necessita di un po' di manutenzione, una luce in cucina era esaurita, usciva un po' di acqua dal water creando un brutto odore e i ganci delle salviette si staccavano dal muro.

The apartment is in a great location and has a lovely view. I'm so glad I booked it because of the great reviews and because the host waited up for me until really late… I really appreciate it

The apartment is in a fairly old building, and the apartment itself is also quite old. The stove has both gas and electric, but only two burners are working, and it's very slow if you want to cook anything. The cutlery was dirty, and there wasn't a knife. I bought a watermelon, and there was no way to cut it or do anything else with it. The dishes are very limited; there's only one pot and one pan... no bowl for a salad. The internet is fast but very limited because you can't use Netflix, only YouTube. The beds aren't very comfortable. The washing machine works very well, and the shower curtain is old and dirty. These were the things I didn't like. I was a little disappointed because the reviews said other things, and unfortunately, it wasn't like that in my experience….. Something else that happened was that the host wasn't very tactful when speaking… at first he was fine, but when I had to check out he asked me like this… “I need you to leave at 10:30. I think it's easier to use other words…” That made me feel a little bad… in the end he arrived about 15 minutes late
