The apartment was modern, clean, and in a great location in Westlands. The room was comfortable, and the rooftop pool area offers fantastic views across Nairobi. The staff were friendly, and overall the property felt safe and well maintained.
The main disappointment was that the rooftop pool was closed on Mondays, which was not mentioned anywhere when booking. As we were only staying for one night on a Monday, this meant we couldn’t use one of the property’s main facilities. We were also contacted via WhatsApp and had staff knock on our door at around 11pm asking for payment. This was inconvenient and could have been handled much earlier during check-in or throughout the day.

Bedroom curtains did not keep sun out and Nairobi condos do not have ACs

Clean and well equipped except for needing some napkins or paper towels
No air conditioning. Elevators broke down and we were on the 10th floor!!!
