The property had a big open modern interior with a long balcony and great view off the o2!

Balcony door didn’t shut properly and the shower wasn’t great.

A lovely spacious apartment. Easy to find and we were greeted by Maryana at our convenience and communication with her was quick and responsive. Excellently located for the London Cable Car and onto the Uber Boat or if you prefer a 60 second walk to Royal Victoria on the DLR line. Not to mention getting to the O2. Apartment was easy to relax in, kitchen facilities were good, proper sized oven, fridge and freezer. Liked the small touches of washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, plus shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. A bonus in having a balcony with seating. A couple of minutes walk away was a Tesco Express, also options of various restaurants, all within walking distance. Felt very safe with the secure entrance and the double lock door, and as for the area we were more than happy to walk around the area at night.

Very very minor, there was an iron but no ironing board. No tea towel or oven gloves. Other than that, nothing at all. We would definitely book here again for a London stay.

Everything location layout and everything you needed was readily available perfect.

The toilets don’t flush great and we had to buy toilet roll.

L’emplacement à proximité du DLR arrêt Royal Victoria permettant un accès rapide et aisé au centre de Londres. L’appartement était grand et bien équipé. 2 salles de bains dont une privative était un plus pour 4 personnes. La disponibilité de notre hôte qui a réagi immédiatement lorsque nous l’avons prévenu que les sanitaires étaient bouchés.

Le ménage n’était pas satisfaisant. Nous avons retrouvé des traces par terre qui dénotaient un manque de nettoyage avant notre arrivée, la présence de poils pubiens et de cheveux, traces de graisses multiples sur le fauteuil et le canapé, le four non nettoyé. Meubles de cuisine et de salle de bains abîmés que nous n’attendions pas pour un appartement noté exceptionnel. L’appartement était bruyant et une chaleur importante y a régné durant tout notre séjour (alors que la température extérieure était de 14 degrés le matin et 22 max l’après midi).
