A clean, cozy apartment with a beautiful sea-view balcony, private parking, and a peaceful location.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The dedicated parking space was a huge plus and made it very convenient to get anywhere we wanted by car. One of our favorite parts was the balcony with a beautiful sea view – it was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet it was easy to reach the old town and other attractions. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer questions. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Šibenik!

Great and pleasant stay

Love the little notes for tips around the house and small warm welcome gifts. Very pleasant stay. Owner responded quickly when messaged. A small mistake on my side was that I believed that there were 2 full bathrooms (including showers), but it was 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet.

Ein sehr schönes großes Appartement in dem es an nichts gefehlt hat. Ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Handtücher. Netter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin. Wir waren überaus angetan und würden jederzeit dieses Appartement wieder wählen!

SUPER CONSIGLIATO! COME UNA VERA CASA!

È la prima volta che troviamo un appartamento così grande pulito e super fornito di tutto dalle lenzuola agli asciugamani, da qualsiasi oggetto e utensile presente in cucina. C'è una terrazza con vista dove poter asciugare tranquillamente tutto, presente anche una lavatrice con tanto di detersivo! Consiglio davvero!!!

Heel mooi appartement met prachtig uitzicht!

Heel mooi appartement op een rustige locatie, maar toch dicht bij het centrum van Sibenik. Mooi gerenoveerd, perfect uitgerust. Ook een dikke pluim voor de hygiëne, alles was perfect schoon. Heel vriendelijke eigenaars.

We hadden een perfect verblijf. Als ik dan toch twee kleinigheden mag zeggen: er was geen microgolfoven aanwezig en bij een hittegolf was airco op de slaapkamer zelf wel fijn geweest in plaats van alleen in de leefruimte. Er is wel een draagbare ventilator aanwezig.

Highlight ist das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit toller Aussicht

Positiv: Uns hat das sehr großzügige Wohnzimmer mit Küche gefallen. Ein großer Esstisch und eine gemütliche Sofaecke machten lange Abende angenehm. Die Küche war modern und genügend ausgestattet. Alle Haushaltsgeräte machten einen neuwertigen Eindruck und funktionierten problemlos. Von Hifi-Anlage bis Internetfernsehen war alles vorhanden und auf aktuellem technischen Stand. Sehr viele Deckenlampen leuchteten den Wohnbereich hervorragend aus. Freie Steckdosen für eigene Ladegeräte gab es genügend. Das Gäste-WC ist modern ausgestattet. Alle Fenster waren modern und gut schließend. Ebenso die Balkon- und Gebäudetüren. Die stufenlos verstellbaren Fensterläden sind für das Klima hervorragend geeignet. Die Klimaanlage hängt zwar nur im Wohnzimmer. Sie ist jedoch so effektiv, dass es für die Wohnung kein zweites Gerät brauchte. Durch die Fensterläden brauchten wir sie ohnehin nur selten. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist an wenigen Stellen durch andere Häuser eingeschränkt, darf aber trotzdem als außerordentlich gut bezeichnet werden. Ein separater Zugang über eine Außentreppe unterstreicht die jederzeit gegebene Privatsphäre. Der eigene kleine Parkplatz vor dem Haus macht die Wege kurz. Neutral: Keine Moskitonetze vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern, was allerdings aufgrund der sehr sinnvollen Fensterläden auch nur schwer umsetzbar wäre. Dafür gab es Mückenvertreibungsgeräte, die bei uns sehr gut funktionierten. Wir haben die Vermieter während des Aufenthaltes nicht angetroffen. Kommunikation nur per Mail oder Chat. Manche mögen das gut finden. Wir fanden es etwas unpersönlich.

Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Dusche ist sehr klein. Mehrere Innentüren neigen teilweise zum Klappern im landestypischen Wind, der jede Nacht weht: Wir haben Pappstreifen untergeklemmt. Das Zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, was uns bei Belegung der Wohnung mit zwei Personen jedoch nicht störte. Geschirr und Besteck sind nur in geringer Stückzahl vorhanden. So musste die Spülmaschine fast täglich, aber dann nur halb gefüllt laufen. Der Balkon ist leider etwas schmal und nicht überdacht. Der alternative Freisitz hinter dem Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und ist mit Sonnenschutz ausgestattet. Dort hat man jedoch keine nenneswerte Aussicht. Wege zur Stadtmitte (ca. 1,5 km) nur über belebte Straßen möglich. Am Schluss sind wir auch Kurzstrecken lieber entspannt mit dem Auto gefahren. Warum 9 Punkte: Im Großen und Ganzen wurden unsere Erwartungen gut erfüllt. Die Wohnung lädt zu einem längeren stressfreien Aufenthalt ein. Man kann heiße Tage oder Regentage gut in ihr aushalten. Das Bad wird sicherlich bald an den hohen Stand der übrigen Räume angepasst. Wir können diese Wohnung aber auch jetzt schon wärmstens empfehlen.
