La ubicación es excelente y tiene parking propio en el mismo edificio que lo has muy cómodo.
La decoración es algo complicada. Paredes del salón con papel de jirafa, alfombras de cebra, paredes en habitaciones y zonas de pasillo en colores morados y verdes, sábanas y cubrecamas de colores, es una pena porque el piso es amplio y cómodo, lo podrían tener muy mono y elegante pero se han esforzado por una mezcla de estilos muy complicada y nada apropiada para un piso en la playa. Por el precio que pagamos esperaba camas más cómodas, y almohadas y sábanas de mayor calidad. La vajilla es escasa, faltan vasos, algunos cuencos, una tostadora.
