Sehr gute Lage. Ruhig, in der 3 Etage mit Fahrstuhl gelegen. Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür. Zum gut sortierten Supermarkt 5 min laufen, 10 min zum gepflegten Lungomare, von dort ist man mit schönem Blick auf die Altstadt in 15min ins Zentrum spaziert. freundlicher und persönlicher Empfang durch die Besitzerin (wohnt neben an). Balkon mit Blick in die Berge. Wohnung ist (im Mai) angenehm frisch, da nicht Südseite.

Appartamento in zona tranquilla con tanto parcheggio. La sig Elisa super disponibile. La casa pulitissima da potersi specchiare nel pavimento e in ogni singola stoviglia. Biancheria soffice profumata. Accessori di qualsiasi genere presenti. Ottimo! Una bellissima esperienza!

Zeer ruim appartement met groot balkon. Rustige plek aan de rand van Alghero. 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum, grootste deel over de boulevard, goed te doen, leuke wandeling. Genoeg ruimte om gratis te parkeren op straat.
