It was near the location I wanted.
The wear and tear of the house especially the kitchen and bathroom.
The path to the villas at night is not well lit up.

Das Resort mit insgesamt 24 Einfamilienwohnhäuser befindet sich umgeben von Wald an ruhiger Lage. Das gesamte Resort ist mit einer Mauer und Drahtumzäunung unter Strom gesichert, rundum 24/7 Std./Tage bewacht und fühlt sich sicher an. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Management. Die Küchengeräte, Kühlschrank, Kochherd, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine waren neueren Herstellungsdatum. Die Matratze war auch gut.
Die Einrichtungen wie Möbel in Küche und Schlafzimmer sowie die Armaturen in Küche und Bad sind ziemliche in die Jahre gekommen und sollten erneuert werden.

The compound is refreshing and the staff are excellent! The well maintained garden is welcoming and the swimming pool is wow!
Small plumping and maintenance follow up is required to keep up with the wear and tare.
