Peaceful Townhouse in Costabella

Geweldige locatie, afgesloten voor anderen, fijn en schoon huis voor 6 personen met twee badkamers. Zwembad naast de deur. Garage ondergrond. Top.

Het enige opmerking zou zijn om binnen te komen heb je eerst twee traptreden. Zorg voor een loopplank bv in de kast of voor de deur ivm personen in een rolstoel.

Het is meer een huisje dan een appartement en alles is aanwezig. Het is een rustig resort met gezinnen en ouder mensen.

Veel Mieren in de zomer maar dat kan je verhelpen.

The day before arrival, we were informed that the key box was located about a 5 minute drive away from the house—not ideal. When we got there, the box was empty. I tried calling the host but got no response; she later texted that she only communicates via text. It took about 30–40 minutes for someone to bring us one set of keys. When I explained we needed two sets (as we were three adults), the host said they would bring the second set the next day. That wasn’t acceptable, and after some unnecessary hesitation, they eventually delivered the second set. If I owned this property, I’d consider a switch of facility companies—they were far from professional. The house itself is okay and has a good floor plan with all bed rooms on the top floor. The AC, washing machine and dish washer worked very well. The kitchen is worn down, and the fridge was partially broken. There were lots of ants—worse than anything I’ve experienced in Spain (and I visit 3–4 times a year). One bathroom also had a very unpleasant smell from time to time. The urbanization is ok—close to the beach, walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants—and the area feels safe, although a bit rough. The parking garage space is quite small, it you have a SUV or a large car you won’t be able to use it. Given the extreme amount of available properties to chose from in Marbella, I would not repeat myself although if you’re on a budget this place might do.

La playa estaba realmente cerca y la casa estaba bien equipada y, en general el piso inferior era realmente confortable, situada en una urbanización tranquila y con un supermercado a dos pasos.

Encontramos una cantidad exagerada de hormigas, llegando a encontrarlas incluso en el armario de la cocina y la encimera, lo que hacía complicado cocinar sin que se te metieran en medio. En las habitaciones superiores se podían encontrar sobre todo en la bañera. Los colchones eran en realidad unos topper muy finos poco cómodos. En cuanto al aire acondicionado, en las habitaciones sólo llega a refrigerar bien la principal, las otras apenas se nota.
