Chalet in Middelkerke near the Beach

Very good chalet for short stay. - Beds are very comfortable and the chalet is cozy. - Terrasse was great for BBQ. - Good location. - very friendly neighborhoods. - all kitchenware is available

- Unclear (incorrect) instructions for finding the house. Also there was no possibility to reach their office, it was closed. Nobody answered our calls and we spent 1.5 hours to find the right location of this house. We travelled there 4 hours and just wanted to relax, but needed to spend 1.5 hours to reach this house. I don’t know what was the problem to send the right instructions before check in. They told that email was wrong, but actually never had this problem with another bookings during 10 years of using booking. - on the summer time is too hot in the house. Small air conditioner is not working for cooling at all. And if you will open all windows, for sure you will have a lot of mosquitos in house. We were here when it was only 26 degrees and it was extremely hot inside. I don’t know how the situation could be if it is more than 26 outside. - For four people staying three days, they provided only half a roll of toilet paper. Of course, it wasn't a major issue—we bought our own—but for the price, they really should have provided the essentials (at the very least, toilet paper and liquid soap).
