The owner is as etiquette less as a human can be. He should increase the price of stay if he can then behave properly. Low price of stay doesn't justify insulting the guests or talking rudely or replying them on reviews in bad manner ignoring anything good said about the stay. This is my edited review of the stay after I got the response from owner on my original review. No one is asking the owner to get gangajal and Taj hotel ambiance in 400 rupees, it just about how respectful the host can be. The owner should charge more than 400 if he thinks that then he can behave decently and talk like a human being and not like some illiterate.
