Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dalla fermata VIc linea U1 . Vicinissimo al molo 22 dove è possibile godere un fantastico tramonto sul Danubio sorseggiando uno spritz in costume. Sul viale principale il parcheggio e a tempo, ma lì vicino ci sono vie dove abbiamo parcheggiato Gratuitamente . Nella casa la separazione tra wc e bagno doccia consente una migliore gestione dei tempi se si è in 4
La struttura ha un sistema di aria forzata condominiale non regolabile (no. Aria condizionata). Nelle notti più calde potrebbe aiutare un ventilatore . Le stoviglie mancavano di:un bicchiere ( solo 3 bicchieri in vetro ), una pentola per cuocere la pasta e un paio di tazzine per bere il caffè ! . Lenzuola nuove in cotone potrebbero aiutare ad attenuare il senso di caldo . La cameretta d’estate è troppo calda .

Egész jó volt az elhelyezkedés, barátságos, segítőkész volt a szállásadó.
Az ablakok nem voltak tiszták, nem is voltak nyithatóak, a légkondi fel van tüntetve a hirdetésben viszont egyáltalán nincs. A kisebbik szobában semmi ablak nincs, így garantált a fulladás a szobában. A mosdónál a csap nem igazán működött, valószínű tiszta vízkő volt az egész. A zuhanyban pedig a zuhanyrózsa is törött volt.

Közel volt a metró, könnyű volt bemenni a városba. Az erkély nagyon tetszett, a ház és a lakás modern, liftes. Videós útmutatást kaptunk a lakásba való bejutáshoz. A ház előtt csak rövid idejű parkolási zóna van, hosszabb időre távolabbra kell vinni az autót. Nagyon rossz időnk volt, de szép időben a Duna parton biztos jókat lehet sétálni.
A távozáskor elromlott a box, így a kulcsot nem tudtuk oda bedobni- szerencsére ez nem érkezéskor történt.

Ingen luftkonditionering finns vilket gör lägenheten mycket varm på sommaren! Mycket trafik utanför lägenheten vilket påverkar ljudnivån. Speciellt om man måste ha öppna fönster Båda de två sänglamporna vid sängen fungerade inte. Dåligt handfat i toaletten, inget vattentryck. Det fanns inga dusch/tvål artiklar.
