A szállásadó várt bennünket, mindent elmondott a szállásról. A Garibaldi főpályaudvarhoz nagyon közeli, de központi elhelyezkedése ellenére eléggé csendes (leszámítva, amikor valaki a házban húzza le a WC-t, sajnos az igen hangos. Minden felszereltség volt, amit előre ígértek és minden működött is. Ásványvízzel és kávéval is elláttak.

Meglepő volt, hogy nem a bookingon feltűntetett idegenforgalmi adót kellett fizetni, hanem 4,5 eurot. A fent említett zaj.

The room was big and well-lit. We didn't have any issues sleeping at night. The location was ideal for reaching other places in Naples. The bed was comfortable and the wi-fi stable. We appreciate the coins provided to use the elevator, but if you don't have any when you arrive, you will be in trouble because there are too many flights of stairs. The room itself is great, but we faced issues with both the host and Booking's support team.

If you want to stay here, make sure you arrive at the times the host designates; otherwise, you may run into issues. We gave him a heads-up due to a slight train delay, and even though we arrived in the middle of a thunderstorm, he never replied to our calls/messages, making it impossible to check in despite following his instructions. It was almost 1 AM when we decided to call Booking to cancel the reservation. Then, we were able to enter the property by pure luck because other people in the building let us in. Although we stayed at Case del Sole, the process was super stressful, and the host was mostly unresponsive. We appreciate that in the end, we worked out a solution without using Booking.com, but the whole experience was far from pleasant.
