En plein cœur de la vieille ville

Emplacement parfait dans la rue piétonne de Portovenere. Confort,équipement bien.Ideal pour tout faire à pied,visite de la ville,prendre le bateau pour les 5 terre ,à 3mn à pied .

Loger ds une vieille maison ds la rue piétonne a 2 inconvénients, accessibilité à pied uniquement et ça monte ,bref avec les bagages pas idéal.. Et l'appartement est juste au-dessus d'un restau et la rue passante évidemment donc assez bruillant, bouchons d’oreille obligatoire surtout pour les couche tôt....

Sistemazione perfetta per il soggiorno a Portovenere, host gentilissimi a fornire info varie. Alloggio ben fornito con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare e tenere pulito. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

L'acqua in bagno diventa molto calda in brevissimo tempo, attenzione ad usare il bidet!

Toplokatie in Portovenere

Dit was een heel goed appartement in het centrum van Portovenere. Al het contact liep via booking.com. De eigenaar stuur je voor het verblijf waar je het appartement kan vinden. Het ligt namelijk in een zijstraat van de hoofdstraat. Om het te bereiken moet je een aantal traptreden op. Het appartement is goed uitgerust. Ze kan er koken en eventueel wassen. Er zit een goede koelkast in en het internet werkt gewoon goed. Verder ligt het perfect in het centrum van Portovenere, wat trouwens een prachtig dorpje is. Kortom een perfect verblijfsadres in Portovenere.

squisito monolocale in centro

Squisito monolocale. Confortevole, accogliente e attrezzato di tutto (oltre tutto cucina e bagno di recente rivisitazione con elettrodomestici nuovi). Ottima la posizione in pieno centro storico che ti porta inevitabilmente a girottolare per tutte le anguste viuzze.

1° Gli infissi!!!!! Peccato veramente! La posizione centrale e gli infissi vetusti fanno sentire il minimo rumore sia delle persone a passeggio e ovviamente le loro voci (nonché il rumore di una specie di compressore che stacca e attacca ogni poco probabilmente dell'attività commerciale sottostante). Sconsigliato a chi ha il sonno leggero. 2° i solai: sembrano di cartapesta e si percepiscono i passi e le voci del vicinato

Posizione fantastica in pieno centro Portovenere. Sei nella via pedonale piena di localini e negozietti a due passi da tutto, la Chiesa, la grotta di Byron, il porticciolo e gli scogli da dove tuffarsi in mare. L'appartamento è perfetto per due persone, non manca nulla, dagli accessori cucina alla lavatrice.

La doccia è un pò risicata. E gli odori/rumori, ma se si vuole stare in centro bisogna scendere a compromessi.
