Excellent location. Each room has its own shower room. Living area is comfortable.
Really bad sewage smell in downstairs bedroom’s bathroom. Shower door in downstairs bedroom doesn’t close properly. Kitchen sink tap very loose and wobbly.

Location. Bathroom for each bedroom. Well appointed.
Plumbing could be better. Loose taps. No hot water in the kitchen sink. Low water pressure. Toilet flushing difficult. Settee uncomfortable. Only seating for four.
