Very clean and spacious

Excellent location. Each room has its own shower room. Living area is comfortable.

Really bad sewage smell in downstairs bedroom’s bathroom. Shower door in downstairs bedroom doesn’t close properly. Kitchen sink tap very loose and wobbly.

The location was fantastic, and the terrace was excellent.

There was no hot water in the upstairs bathrooms, and the downstairs bedroom smelled of sewage. Sound insulation was poor: noise travelled through the doors, and activity in the kitchen could be clearly heard upstairs. The terrace chairs were dirty. There was also an open hole in the bedroom wall containing what appeared to be a wasp nest with several spiders. The hole in the bedroom wall was covered by a curtain. I found a dead hornet under the bed as well. I reported the hot water and bedroom issues on our first night. The host initially addressed only the water heater, asking us to check the switches. After I raised the bedroom issue again, he requested a photo, which I did not send at the time. My request to discuss appropriate compensation was not addressed. After our stay, I received a message asking for a five-star review and asking guests whose experience was less than perfect to contact him privately before posting a review. That message did not acknowledge the problems I had already reported or ask whether they had been resolved. I would have appreciated the same attention to the condition of the apartment and our comfort during the stay.
