Everything - the hosts, the high end quality, materials at the Appartement. Shala and Lena and team are very responsive and provide an excellent customer service. One morning there were small presents hanging on the door handle. During the Christmas Eve there was an entertainment that we really enjoyed. Thank you guys, weiter so!
