Das Haus ist ein Traum. Die Lage sehr gut da man sehr viele wunderschöne Strände in wenigen Autominuten erreicht. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an sehr guten Lokalitäten und die Preise sind unschlagbar, verglichen mit Deutschland. Supermärkte wie Lidl und Kaufland, Shoppingcenter sind auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Stadt Pula ist im August sehr überfüllt mit Touristen. Das Einkaufen ist dadurch etwas stressig. Wer an den Strand möchte und noch ein wenig Ruhe genießen möchte, muss früh los bevor er mit Touristen überlaufen ist.
