Lokalizacja, widok, wygodne łóżka. Apartament ma swój urok, ale niektóre zaniedbania w szczególności czystość bardzo negatywnie wpływają na jego odbiór.
Czystość w apartamencie, bardzo brudne kratki wentylacyjne. Uszkodzenia m.in prysznic, zbita szyba w kuchni, niedziałający okap. Apartament wymaga odświeżenia ale przede wszystkim porządnego wysprzątania. Stosunek właścicieli do zgłaszanych uwag jest nieakceptowalny. Nie widzieli problemów w zgłoszonych uwagach.
