Riviera Dream's 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom townhome boasts two master suites with en-suite bathrooms and full desk set-ups with fiber wifi. This family friendly home is fully stocked for a relaxing getaway with little ones from pack-n-plays to toys! Hang out at our lazy river, pool, hot tub, splash pad, or play pickle ball with the whole family. Centrally located to Zion National Park, championship golf courses, miles of hiking and biking trails, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon, downtown St. George.
We are nestled in the picturesque red rocks of Southern Utah. Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, pool with a water slide, 2 hot tubs, a splash pad, and 2 pickle ball courts. We are centrally located between all the attractions Southern Utah has to offer.
When you feel like heading into town, downtown St. George is 10 minutes away by car to enjoy fine eateries and shopping. Looking for something to do after dinner, catch a live performance at Tuacahn Center for the Arts which is only 20 minutes away.
Feeling adventurous? Book an organized side-by-side tour through the red rocks and sand dunes at Sand Hollow.

Riviera Dream is ready to offer you a fun and unforgettable family vacation. This corner unit boasts natural light from numerous windows, illuminating the pristine interior of this 2,300-square-foot townhome! The home is fully furnished offering in unit laundry with detergents and bathrooms stocked with overnight essentials including a hair dryer. During your stay here you will be able to enjoy the amazing original paintings by local artist, Lane Bennion, that are hung throughout the house.
This home is set-up for a multi-family vacation with accommodations for all ages. There are two highchair attachments for the dining chairs and kid’s cutlery and dishes are perfect for little hands. We have a baby gate to keep little ones off the stairs, and 2 pack-n-plays in the closet upstairs. The toy box and game cabinet are sure to entertain all ages!
The living room is a stylish space to relax after a day of adventure. The high speed wireless internet access will support streaming and Zoom at the same time with unlimited usage. A two-car garage and nearby guest parking will give you and your guests all the space to come and go as you please!
Make yourself comfortable in the separate living area! Relax on the couch while watching ESPN on the 70” flat-screen Smart TV. Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN streaming accounts are provided on all the TVs. Our room darkening shades create the perfect environment for a Marvel movie with fresh air popped popcorn from our popcorn machine.
When you grow hungry, don't hesitate to head into the fully equipped kitchen! Create favorites or new dishes alike with ease utilizing the stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, a Blendtec Blender, Keurig and drip coffee makers, a popcorn popper, and crockpot. Once everything is ready, gather around the 8-person dining table to savor the spread.
Both master suites offer 50” smart TVs and desk with a full workspace set-up ready for you to plug your laptop in. The private en-suite bathrooms both offer a full walk-in shower and double sinks. For your comfort, there are extra pillows and blankets in the closet.
Our resort style neighborhood offers a lazy river, a heated pool with a 3 story water slide, a splash pad, two hot tubs, and two pickle ball courts. The amenities are open year round from 10am to 10pm and available on a first come basis.

The accommodations were perfect for the family gathering in st. George. lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The pool amenities were perfect to keep the kids happily entertained. Pickleball courts were in great shape too. The host was very responsive to messages and quickly refunded our deposit upon completion of our trip. I would highly recommend.

The townhouse was perfect for a grandparent and family gathering. Our grandkids loved the pool, and it made 106 degree weather actually enjoyable. The location was great as well, 10 minutes from shopping and just minutes to restaurants. We definitely want to become St. George vacationers now.

The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We appreciated the little touches like games and a popcorn maker, and it was nice to be able to park inside the garage out of the heat. The beds were comfortable, and the property was quiet even though there were lots of people in the complex. My family really enjoyed the pool at the complex, and there were some inner tubes in the garage that we took over and used in the lazy river. The pool is pretty easy to walk to from the house. We also appreciated that the house is within driving distance from a lot of places of interest. One day we drove 2 hours over to Vegas to visit Meow Wolf and the Sphere. Another day we drove about 30 minutes to the Warner Valley Dinosaur Track Site and saw dinosaur footprints.The townhouse was a good home base!

It was great. Only a couple of things kept it from being a 10/10. The AC, TV, WIFI, and dishwasher weren’t convenient. The green couch looks so dirty, a couple of dings on the wall, but the rest was amazing. We would stay there again!
