Back porch coffee was great. Clean… Ease of communication with owner was great. Neighbors were cordial and quiet. Geese were a little loud at night but our noisemaker helped. Overall was a nice stay

Place was very clean but maintenance issues with washer, dryer, towel rack. Batteries dead on keypad so had to wait an additional two hours to check in. Property manager was great to work with however.

The property was perfect for our needs. The instructions were very clear and helpful. The rental was spotless when we arrived. The neighbors were very friendly.
The upstairs bed squeaked each time you moved and it was loud enough to wake you up. The frame definitely needs some tightening up. The upstairs bathroom could use some corner shelves to place products on or something to hang clothes from.
We extended our stay by one more night because we were enjoying our time in Tallahassee. The local state parks are a great way to spend a day exploring!
Overall, we would definitely stay here again if available and we will look for properties owned by Evolve!
