Pure relaxation awaits in the sun-drenched, open-concept living area when you’re not shredding the powdery slopes, practicing your golf swing, or embarking on scenic hikes. With a cozy gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings with aspen beams, tasteful decor, and expansive windows highlighting the majestic mountains, the whole family can take part in blissful downtime. Watch your favorite movies or hang out downstairs while having a Foosball tournament! When mealtime arrives, whip up a hearty feast in the well-equipped kitchen or have a barbecue on the deck while basking in the crisp mountain air and flowing creek sounds. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was great for our family. The master bedroom is up on a loft in 3rd floor and had plenty of space for us to stay with our baby. I will say the beds fit more like full mattresses than queens. The 2nd floor has two separate bedrooms which was good for us. The picture do make the basement look a bit more livable. The futon foldout is a full mattress, not a queen. The fireplace wasn’t working for our stay but the group was nice enough to refund us for that inconvenience. We saw so much great wildlife! Deer, turkey, elk, birds, and a coyote! It was exactly what we wanted from our spring break mountain trip. The house is an easy drive to the resort and made skiing and snowboarding super easy. The house was also well equipped so that we made most meals at home and then all enjoyed the hot tub after a cold day on the mountain.

The cabin was great. Had everything we needed for a 8 day stay and was very clean and everything worked except for the upstairs bathroom the tub had a sign on it saying it was out of order and looked like it had been that way for a while. Other than that no complaints

This was probably a vacation that I will not forget for multiple reasons. The house was amazing. Location was amazing. We saw deer elk Bear and everything in between. My girls loved it And as far as communication, any issue or any question that I have was answered immediately, and they were constantly in contact with me to make sure that me and my family were comfortable. By far, one of the best experiences I’ve ever Experienced.
Example there was a waterline leak on the municipality line and without hesitation they were willing to go above and beyond to make sure that we are comfortable and happy. Offering to move us to a different location and contacting me directly to make sure any issues were resolved..
As far as the property goes, you cannot go wrong. I absolutely amazing. Clean and secure.. I would not hesitate to come back here
