This charming vacation home is situated in a quiet, natural setting in Korswandt on the Baltic Sea island of Usedom. Just 4 km from the fine-sand beach, close to the lake (700 m), and right on the edge of the forest, it’s the ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. Walking, biking, and golf (700 m) are all possible, as is a refreshing dip in the sea. Shopping and a train station are within a 3-km radius—making travel convenient and flexible.
Comfort spread over two floors—ideal for families
With 75 m² of living space, the vacation home can accommodate up to 5 people. Three cozy bedrooms, two modern bathrooms (one with a bathtub), and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and other extras make your stay especially pleasant. A large dining area with a dining table is perfect for sharing meals, while the sofa corner in the living room with a TV ensures relaxing evenings. Wi-Fi, books, games, a first-aid kit, and a smoke detector are also provided.

A special highlight is the well-maintained garden with a terrace, barbecue area, patio furniture, umbrella, and beach chair—ideal for balmy summer evenings. The vacation home is a smoke-free property; unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
