I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 p.m.
Unauthorized late check-out will be charged £50 per hour.

Nice place to stay in, located close to the city center and walkable to most tourist sites. The unit looks nice, however; not suitable for 4 adults. The sofa bed is not comfortable for two people, too small. The WiFi internet signal was too weak, even with one device connected. A bit noisy at night, street cars and people yelling. Some of the windows are loose and shake with the strong wind. The unit is located in 3rd floor with no elevator and hard to walk upstairs with heavy suitcases. The host was very helpful and quickly responded when contacted. Aside from the minor pointed issues, we enjoyed our stay and London overall!
