This house resides in a tranquil & scenic neighborhood and is a short drive to Portland's Eastern Promenade, the Downtown Arts District, and the Historic Old Port.
The southern entrance to the Mill Brook Nature Preserve is a 2-minute walk from the house! The nature preserve is a wonderful spot for hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, or just a leisurely stroll, enjoying the peaceful views.
This spacious one-story home features a large open kitchen, dining room, and living room floor plan, perfect for friends and family to gather & relax, cook, and dine. The sunroom leads out to an outdoor dining area with a table that seats 6, as well as a gas grill that is available year-round. The basement features a well-equipped, modern gym with a cable machine, full set of dumbbells, elliptic and recumbent bike.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds.
Bedroom # 3 features a king-sized bed that can also be converted into two twin beds. If you prefer two twins, just let us know.
The garage has room for 1 car which is helpful during the snowy months. No need to shovel out your car after a snowstorm!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Both the host and property manager are incredibly helpful, professional, and accessible! The property itself is beautiful, spacious, private and located so close to so much! We will absolutely look to come back!

Communication with the owner and property manager was very easy and helpful. The check-in process was seamless. The house was located in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of grassy space between the homes.

What a lovely house! It was spacious and well appointed with high end furnishings and kitchen needs. Everything was in perfect order and super clean. We especially enjoyed the sun room, so fresh and filled with light. And watching the SeaDogs win the game with a grand slam in the 7th inning was terrific. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house. It was all adults do the twin bed mattresses were thin and not comfortable. But otherwise, highly recommend.
