Our community also offers an outdoor pool from mid-late May to the last weekend in September. Stay close to the Pigeon Forge Parkway for easy access/less traffic to many attractions and restaurants. 1. What time is check in and check out?
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. This allows enough time for our cleaning team to prepare the property for you and the next guest.
2. What linens are provided?
We provide bed linens/blankets, bath towels, hand towels, pool towels, make up towels, wash towels, bath mats, kitchen towels and kitchen cloths.
3. What household supplies are provided?
We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers in all showers. Toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap are provided. Trash bags for the kitchen, bathrooms and outdoor bear bins are provided. Paper towels, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent are also provided. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items if your initial supply runs out. Bathrooms have a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink.
4. What is included in the kitchen?
Fully stocked kitchen including wine glasses, children dinnerware/silverware, waffle maker, crockpot, toaster oven, toaster, rice cooker, blender, kettle, hand mixer, regular coffee pot and Keurig. Ground coffee, K cups, creamer, salt and pepper, sugar, Stevia and olive oil are provided. Depending on your length of stay, you may need to purchase additional items if your initial supply runs out.
5. Do you provide children/baby items?
We provide a high chair, pack and play with sheets and children dinnerware/silverware.
6. Do you have a grill?
We have a park grill to the side of the main level deck off of the living room. Charcoal is not provided. Please bring your own charcoal. BBQ utensils and an ash bucket for clean up are provided.
7. Is the hot tub cleaned every stay?
Yes, the hot tub is drained, cleaned and re-filled every stay.
8. How is the drive up to the cabin?
The roads are paved and well-maintained. There are no steep or scary roads.
9. Do I need a 4 wheel drive?
4 wheel drive is only necessary when it is snowing or if there is ice on the roads. If there is snow or ice on the roads, you should have a 4 wheel drive and/or snow chains.
10. What TV channels do you provide?
All of our TVs are high definition smart TCL TVs where you can access Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube, Hulu and other apps. You will need to bring your own username/passwords to access the apps. You can also download new apps on the TV.
11. What type of internet do you provide?
We provide unlimited high speed internet and Wi-Fi.
12. How many parking spaces are there?
There is enough parking for up to 3 cars on the street immediately in front of our cabin.
13. How big and how deep is the indoor pool? What temperature is the pool heated to? What do you provide for pool safety?
The pool is 15.5 feet long and 9 feet wide. The pool is 4 feet deep. Access to the indoor pool room is via keypad lock. There is a sound alarm any time a pool room door opens. We provide child life vests and a pool safety hook and ring. All children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by an adult. The pool is heated to 84 degrees. The indoor pool room temperature is set at 81 degrees. We cannot heat the pool beyond 84 degrees or change the temperature in the room because this will cause long term condensation damage to the home.
14. How do we access the outdoor community pool?
The outdoor community pool is open from mid/late May (always before Memorial Day) to the last weekend in September. It is located at the entrance to the resort. Pool hours are from 10 am to 10 pm. There is no special key or card for the pool gate. There is a magnetic lock on the pool gate that you release by pushing down the cylinder. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times. On occasion, the pool needs to be shut down for maintenance or severe weather. We will notify you of closures as we are notified.

Great place for 2 families with kids. The 7 arcades the kids loved and entertained them! The pool was a hit- toys stocked and a few life jackets, and pool towels are in pool room. Safety lock and alarm were a plus to the pool room! The bottom floor bedroom was wonderful for keeping snow bibs, jackets boots ect. There are hangers on wall to hang jackets ect. Each bathroom had hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner I think. The kitchen was well equipped- things like a carrot peeler, a rolling pin, a few measuring spoons (a lot missing), a cheese grater, a glass casserole dish or two, a non stick bread pan, stainless mixing bowls, non stick pans, a small sifter/strainer, a can opener. They did have packets of table salt and pepper on table and sugar for the coffee- artificial and real. Lots of coffee and coffee machine options. There are 2 flights of stairs (3 stories) - one bedroom is on same floor as kitchen. The other main ones are 2 flights up from bottom (the king and the twin bunks)-
There were extra blankets in master. The master also had plenty of luggage stands and mesh dirty laundry baskets. The beds are the harder mold to your body all foam. The cabin was clean! There are only 2 parallel parking spots in front of cabin. We went during the snow storm, and when we arrived it was hard to tell where to park with the way the snow was plowed into the spots. We fit 2 trucks in ok. This was the perfect location is there is now and ice. The hoa responded quickly to the host and plowed and salted the roads. The cabin isn’t far up and there is a small hill that isn’t too steep but would feel best in 4wd still going up and down it. The resort is off the main roads that were plowed well during the storm. The cabin is close to Publix and a few other grocery stores. Overall we loved the location. The host was super quick to respond and give us updates on plowing and salting times. Loved this cabin and would stay here again! Great place to stay if it snows, never lost power or water. The pipes didn’t freeze when it was 8 degrees out! So much more to say! Overall great place!

We loved staying here! We have two toddlers and these host have thought of everything to make you stay easier!! My whole family had a blast!! We will be staying here again in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive. I will be adding this cabin to our list for return! The kids enjoyed the pool and arcade more than going into Gatlinburg.

Home was great. My kids loved the arcade room. Very minor issues during the stay and they replied within 5 minutes of each question.
The things I was not completely aware of when booking the house, although I'm sure it's in a description somewhere, The parking is basically at the curb, however there are a lot of rocks that make it extremely difficult to walk at night, or while carrying kids/luggage.
Another thing to note, when you enter the home, you enter on the bottom floor which is just the arcade, pool, 1 bath and 1 bed. So pretty much anytime you go to/from the house, you will go up at least 1 set of stairs. (kitchen, living and master bedroom are on 2nd floor)
Thirdly, there is a hot tub on the back porch, however expect 0 privacy. There is a curtain there, but I was able to hear conversations from all 3 of the houses in the rear of the property, so that was a slight change from previous homes. Overall this home is still 5/5 because the owner tries so hard to make it perfect
