About this house rental
This cosy flat is ideal for you to enjoy your holidays. It is located on the seafront in Sanlúcar de Barrameda and welcomes 4+2 guests.
The beautiful terrace of the property will be perfect to enjoy the views to the beach of La Calzada and the southern climate. You can also get to see the Doñana National Park. Imagine starting the day with a delicious breakfast in the sun with your companions. Please note that, due to its location in a building, it has direct neighbours.
The interior of the flat exudes light and serenity. The large main space has a living room with Smart TV and AC where two of the guests can sleep on the sofa bed. There is also a dining area with table and chairs for dining. The ceramic hob kitchen is independent and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board at your disposal. To rest you will find two bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed, direct access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with bathtub and the second bedroom with two single beds. Another bathroom with shower completes your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The accommodation is located in front of the beach of Sanlúcar de Barrameda and the area has all the necessary services for you to enjoy an independent stay. Also, a few kilometres away is the centre where you can enjoy numerous shops, wine cellars and bars where you can have some tapas. The Doñana National Park is only 20 minutes away by car and we encourage you to visit it.

The location is great - views of the river and the parque Doñana and close to restaurants on the river front. Easy walk into town, and for visiting the castle and bodegas. Booking details and payment actually gets done through Homerti's own website and I would have preferred to do this entirely on Vrbo. We were there during the country-wide power cut but were still able to find lunch in a restaurant. We didn't know what we could do to exit the garage if the power cut had continued, because the electric gates didn't work! Do note that the entry into the car park is a little tight, made worse by roadworks on the road at the time. The parking space itself is great.Homerti needed reminding about returning our deposit.

It lacked items which make your break comfortable. The agency managing it was good and responsive. Location was good, but I would not go back to it.
