Adjacent to the living room, discover a screened-in porch that overlooks the private yard, the High Hampton golf course, and majestic mountains. The generously sized kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring an island, a gas stove with a hood, a wine cooler, a TV, and a walk-in pantry. The dining area, with seating for 6-8 guests, offers a delightful view for your dining experiences.
Journey down the hall to access three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, a spacious closet, and a lavish ensuite bathroom complete with a jetted tub, dual sinks, and a shower. Across the hall, a tastefully decorated guest bedroom awaits with two full beds and a convenient ensuite bath. The third bedroom, equipped with a queen bed, features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct access to the private yard.

The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
