About this cabin rental
Just went live! Brand new cabin just ~12 miles from Broken Bow Lake and Cedar Creek Golf Course! Less than a mile from ATV trails. This cabin is conveniently located yet nestled adjacent to the Ouachita National Forest.
Over 2,300 sq ft and sleeps up to eight people! Plenty of space to kick back and relax in privacy. 5 HDTVs with live TV channels, fast wifi, 30-ft ceilings, indoor & outdoor fireplaces, hot tub, and firepit garden.

The space:
Minimum age to rent cabin: 25 years of age
This beautiful cabin is owned and managed by us – there is no middle man. When you reach out, you will be talking directly with us!
The dining area seats 10. Eight can gather around the table with three extra seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. Pots and pans, small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot), and tableware complete the kitchen.
There is also a propane grill available for your use!
✩ Main Floor: Two Master Bedrooms, each with King Bed. One ensuite Full Bathroom. One full bathroom that is semi-attached to the 2nd bedroom, and also opens to the living room area.
✩ Top Floor: Two Bedrooms, each with Queen Bed and ensuite Full Bathroom
✩ CLEANING: We take cleaning and sanitizing very seriously. Our cleaners have been vetted to ensure that enhanced cleaning protocols are being performed.
✩ PARKING: Four vehicles can fit in the private driveway.
✩ ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code at least 48 hours before arrival.
✩ GETTING HERE: The main road to the cabin is paved. ~0.4 miles of the side road to the driveway is gravel.
✩ BABY GEAR: We have a pack n' play, high chair, and baby gate available for use.
✩ CHECK IN/OUT: We do not offer late check out or early check in. Late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30min.
✩ Shampoo / conditioner, condiments, propane for grill, firewood, and coffee are not provided.
✩ The indoor fireplace is available for use from October 1 - April 1.

This is a non-smoking cabin. If you smoke inside the cabin you will be charged $500, plus the increase in cleaning fee and any damages.
Pet fee: Only dogs are allowed at this cabin by pre-approval only. We charge a $100 fee (includes tax) per dog. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be house-trained. When left at the property alone, dogs must be confined (i.e. in a crate) when left at the property alone. The pet fees are due separately within 48 hours of booking.

Our stay was perfect in so many ways! There were 7 grown-ups (3 couples and one single) and 3 dogs staying at the house. Everyone got their own bedroom with a private restroom. We also had a great big living room with a fireplace and a kitchen with all the amenities we needed to cook New Year's dinner.The house is in the woods on a quiet street; we could barely see or hear our neighbors. The outdoor bathtub was clean and relaxing.Communication with the host - 10 stars! I asked about staying with 3 dogs, and dogs were allowed with no questions. We really appreciated it because several houses in the area didn't even answer.

Everything was great. Couldn't have been better. You may want to fill the holes in the road but nothing to complain about. Excellent cabin.

We rented this cabin for a week of work up in Hochatown and absolutely loved our stay. Overall, the cabin was very clean and spacious. The location wasn’t too far out of town, but we enjoyed the privacy it offered. Ultimately, it was definitely worth the price. I would without a doubt rebook and recommend others to stay.

This property was perfect for our family! It’s the perfect distance from town while still being secluded and quiet. Everything was very clean and the place is gorgeous. We will definitely be staying here again!
