About this house rental
I present to you our gem and precious love, "Mares Tropical." Immerse yourself in the wonders of the gorgeous mountain view of the coastal town of Naguabo, Puerto Rico, just five minutes from the Caribbean seaside boardwalk of El Malecón, where you’ll experience breathtaking moments while enjoying the sound of the waves, along with a variety of divine land- and sea-based culinary options and cocktail experiences.
The Space:
The house is perfect for comfortably accommodating a family of up to 6 people looking to stay in a relaxing neighborhood with a gorgeous mountain view, yet close to amazing tourist attractions (beaches, rivers, etc.), restaurants, and the main highway. The house is fully furnished with new furniture and appliances in all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, a TV, ample closet space (in each room), and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a nightstand. The third bedroom features a full-size bed, a nightstand, and a desk. The dining room and living room flow into one another, creating a cozy open space where you can enjoy a nice meal, watch TV, or savor a glass of wine. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, make coffee, or mix a great cocktail. Stepping outside through the kitchen door, you’ll find the patio area, where you’ll have access to a washer, dryer, and an outdoor sink. Both bathrooms are stocked with body wash and shampoo. The house is fully equipped with brand-new air conditioning units in each of the three bedrooms and one in the dining-living room area, a self-entry smart lock, Wi-Fi, a water heater, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, and board games. There is parking space in the private driveway next to the main entrance of the house, as well as additional parking space on the street directly in front of the house. For security purposes only, the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras (the cameras are not monitored while guests are staying).

Each reservation is subject to a rental agreement that must be signed, dated, and returned no later than 48 hours before check-in. Once the reservation is made, I will contact you and ask for an email address to send the rental agreement.
Refundable Insurance Deposit:
Each reservation is subject to a $300 insurance deposit to cover any damage or additional fees that may be charged in accordance with the rental agreement. The insurance deposit will be fully refunded after the guest checks out of the property, the inspection is completed, and no damage or discrepancies are found.

I was actually there in Naguabo to visit family near by. The home was quiet and peaceful so i could work on my computer daily. I felt very safe in this location. Very clean property. I was absolutely perfect for my visit.

House was great, great hoist, parking an issue in Naguabo,beaches not the best, none at all on Malacon( thought there would be). Couple great resturants in Naguabo.

The property is beyond beautiful. It has a very relaxing vibe which made it very comforting when haning out at the house. Michelle and axel are a pleasure to work with. Super responsive extremely knowledgeable and very sincere. In my opinion a stay at their property is the best decision you can make.
