About this house rental
Breathtaking views from nearly every room. Sunsets off the dock. Bring the whole family to this newly-built 3000 sq ft custom home on Redstone Lake, one of Haliburton's biggest, most sought-after lakes.
Enjoy your morning coffee from one of two decks off the main floor. Play ping pong with friends while cranking up the tunes on the vinyl record player or the Sonos surround sound system.
Pour yourself a glass of wine and soak in the warm lake breeze from inside the 4-season screened sunroom.
The space
At one end of the 35 ft great room you can be the head chef in the oversized kitchen that is perfectly suited for hosting and cooking with friends and family. Equipped with a wine/drink fridge and a gas range cooktop, this kitchen has views of both the forested hills to the south and big lake views to the north.
At the opposite end of the great room you and your guests can cozy up to a warm fire at the push of a button. From that same location you'll have unobstructed views of both the waterfront and lake.
The newly landscaped property boasts an oversized firepit area close to the waterfront with equally impressive views. And finally, reward yourself with a good night sleep on one of the Endy mattresses found within every bedroom!
Enjoy BBQing on the 4-burner Napoleon grill and relax on one of two outdoor lounging/dining areas overlooking the lake.
Need to charge an electric vehicle (EV), Plug your car charger into the car charging outlet mounted next to the driveway. (NEMA 14-50)
If it's privacy you crave - this cottage has plenty of it! Enjoy 6+ acres of untouched forest adjacent to the property.
Guest access
Guests will let themselves in using a key in the lock box located on the front porch. The entire property is available for guests to enjoy.
At the waterfront the lake is deep enough in summer to dive right off the end of the dock. Guests will have access to 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, and a large inflated tube. Life jackets of various adult sizes (S, M, L, XL) are provided.
During winter months there are two pairs of snowshoes available. Skis and snowboards can be stored in the shed next to the cottage.
Activities nearby include: Sir Sam's Ski and Bike, 25 minutes from the cottage and Haliburton Wolf Centre nearby. The Eagle Lake market only 20 minutes away. Municipality of Dysart et al STR license number STR-24-00059.
