There’s a kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and a living/dining room with a Smart TV. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car, plus additional roadside parking, an enclosed front garden with lawn and gravelled area, and an enclosed rear garden with lawn and patio. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop in 1.0 miles, pub in 0.5 miles, beach in 1.1 miles, and open air theatre in 0.8 miles.
