Hide and Sleep, a detached home, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a dining area with seating for five people, a sitting area with a woodburning stove and a study. The bedrooms consist of two king-size, a ground-floor king-size, a double, and a twin, along with a bathroom and cloak with basin and WC. Outside, there is an annexe with a studio-style layout open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, a dining area with seating for four people, a sitting area with a Smart TV, and a shower room. Additionally, there is a rear enclosed garden with decking, astro turf, furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Note: Main bathroom in the house with cloakroom - second bathroom is in the annexe. Town: Frinton-on-Sea is a small seaside town situated in the Tendring District of Essex, next to Walton-on-the-Naze. This delightful area boasts tree lined avenues sweeping down to the elegant esplanade and picturesque shoreline, peppered with rows of colourful Victorian-style beach huts. This unspoilt seaside resort is a wonderful place to enjoy a peaceful break, with the town remaining as uncommercialised as possible, it is beautifully kept and is host to several events throughout the year, including the Frinton Summer Theatre showing 7 shows in as many weeks, and the Frinton Literary Festival in October. Take a boat trip to watch the seals resting on the mud banks or admire the fabulous scenery from the towering cliffs, or simply relax on the beach, with shops and pubs offering an array of choice for food and drink. Nearby is Colchester, a historic market town with plenty to do in terms of outdoor adventure and attractions, including Roman ruins and medieval buildings, as well as art galleries and Colchester Zoo. Further north is Dedlam Vale AONB abounding in picturesque villages, rolling farmland, ancient woodlands and a wide variety of local wildlife.
