This quiet neighborhood gives you the break you need, while offering a short drive to a variety of outdoor activities.
There are gorgeous views of fields to the South, with a unique rock hill to the North, just on the other side of Steinaker reservoir.
We are located about 10 minutes North of downtown Vernal, which puts you right between town and the entrance to all the parks.
***Work crews are accepted, but the booking party must be staying on the property. names and phone numbers of each crew member needs to be shared before checking in.
***Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
***Smoking weed will result in a $500 fine
***Additional guests not communicated may result in fines up to $50 per guest

This is a wonderful relaxing property which is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the Dinosaur National Monument and surrounds. Yes be aware there are some steps to access the apartment if you have difficulties with those but the views over the surrounding fields are lovely; watching the cows and birds go by.The hosts are very welcoming and caring and I would recommend this property if you want to stay in this area.

Our family of 6 stayed comfortably! It is a beautiful view from every window and the unit itself was clean and simple, very calming! The instructions were clear and concise and we had no issues finding or accessing the property. We will definitely stay again next time we are here, thank you!!

It was the perfect place to stay in Vernal. It was clean and well stocked. Our family of seven had a wonderful time.

Host was friendly, thorough, and made everything so easy! The property was so clean, with toys for littles, and thoughtful guest experience touches. Family-friendly and convenient location for getting in and out of town.
