Our comfortable single-storey cottage with a surface area of 37 m2 and can accommodate 2 people (up to 4 people thanks to the large sofa bed in the living room) is located on an exceptional classified site steeped in history!
It includes:
- An equipped kitchen
- A living / dining room opening onto a terrace. With dining table extendable up to 4 people, a living room with a large sofa bed 140 x 200 cm for the sleeping of 2 additional adults, children or teenagers if needed.
A large 55" (140 cm) Ultra HD TV connected with Netflix.
- 1 large bedroom opening onto the terrace, with 1 king size bed 180 x 200 cm, and storage including shelves and a wardrobe.
- A large bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, toilet and storage shelves.
- A south-facing illuminated terrace with dining area.

Our 2nd gîte of an identical surface area and composed of similar equipment, is adjoining it. Possibility to rent the 2 cottages at the same time (subject to availability), allowing to accommodate up to 8 travelers.
