Very clean and bed was comfortable. Worked well for a weekend away and close to Yale. Only thing is that it is under a house so could hear all the footsteps above, even later at night.

The parking situation left a little to be desired (mostly because of the heavy snowfall recently I believe) but the host was very accommodating and the amenities were very cozy and clean! Had a great stay

Met the owner once when we first arrived. He was pleasant. Would like to see the house number displayed better as it is a busy road and at night was hard to find.
Parking is very tight but the owner was gracious and made sure we had one side of the driveway to ourselves.
Apartment had a generous amount of kitchen supplies.
