The parking situation left a little to be desired (mostly because of the heavy snowfall recently I believe) but the host was very accommodating and the amenities were very cozy and clean! Had a great stay

Apartment was very nice. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, nice shower with plenty of hot water & plush towels, off street in the driveway parking, right on the Quinnipiac River with great views from their Adirondack chairs on the lawn. FYI: we were there on a warm weekend, although the VRBO description said the unit had AC, there was none, and the owners never responded to my inquiry about it. Although the kitchen is very well equipped with pots, pans, etc, make sure you bring everything you need for beverage & food preparation; other than a salt shaker, you're on your own.

My wife and I had a lovely long weekend at this property. It was very well kept and perfect for the two of us. Everything was updated and the entire property was very clean and outback looking over the river was beautiful. We would certainly stay there again.

Met the owner once when we first arrived. He was pleasant. Would like to see the house number displayed better as it is a busy road and at night was hard to find.
Parking is very tight but the owner was gracious and made sure we had one side of the driveway to ourselves.
Apartment had a generous amount of kitchen supplies.
