All in all, the place was perfect. Our only complaint is the floors were dirty when first arrived. The bottom of our socks got near black, even though floors appeared clean. We mopped the floors and we were good after that. Great place to stay.

I was very impressed with our stay at Perdido Dunes #30! I would say that the photos on the listing did not do the room justice. The photos make the room look nice, but the room is even nicer in person. The room was very clean and had all the amenities one would need for a stay at the beach!The walk to the beach was fair and was easy, especially with the boardwalk down to the beach. Just watch out for the drop off at the end of the boardwalk onto the beach. This is one thing I would suggest improving. The location is as great! It was right in the middle of everything. You could be anywhere within 10 minutes.Communication with the property managers was great! I had a couple of questions and things that came up during my stay, so I texted and received a reply in just a few minutes. I even called one time and the call was not answered, but they called right back and got my question answered.My only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom. The mattress was VERY firm, probably the hardest mattress my wife and I had ever slept on. I would suggest in investing in a more comfortable mattress. Other than that, everything about the room and property was great and I would definitely recommend it! Definitely stay at this property on your stay at Orange Beach, you will not regret it!

Parking spots are small. Caution strips need to be put on the stairs. Multiple accidents on the stairs. The neighbor leaves packs of cigarettes and lighters out accessible to small children and property was not within walking distance to anything. Also overall cleanliness was fair
