Tiny home with one lofted queen bed and full size futon. Sleeps: 3 Pets: 2 Parking: 1 2- burner cooktop, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. Cookware, dishes, silverware, etc. provided. Shower, sink toilet. Towels, shampoo and soap provided. Dogs are allowed for a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 for up to two dogs in rented accommodations. No additional pets are allowed.

This was our first stay in a tiny home. It was tiny but it did have everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

I had an amazing stay in this tiny home! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—when I realized I had forgotten to add an extra night, they quickly accommodated my request and made extending my stay seamless. The home itself was spotless and had everything I needed, making it the perfect base for day trips to Ouray and Telluride. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to stay!
