My home is a one-bedroom unit offering a near-panoramic view of Downtown Dubai. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with built-in streaming services (i.e. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc.) to keep you entertained.

The adjacent dining area has a large table that can accommodate six comfortably and be used as a work desk.

Outside, there's a private balcony with a seating area where you can enjoy the stunning city views.

The kitchen has all the essential appliances and cutleries to make a delicious meal. A washing machine is also available in the utility room if guests need to freshen up their clothes.

The bedroom contains a large king-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a good night's rest, a make-up table and built-in wardrobes to store guests' belongings.

The bathroom has all the basics, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Guests will have access to the entire home, and are able to access the building facilities!

Downtown Dubai is one of the most upscale locations in Dubai, boasting some award-winning restaurants, hotels and stores. Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can't miss Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building. Once an old army base, Downtown is now a beautiful residential and leisure area housing the world's tallest building and the world's largest fountains and mall.

In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner watching the dancing fountains.

Location landmarks: Southridge Community, Downtown - 5-minute drive to Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain View.
Restaurants nearby: Coffee Shop in the community, 5 minutes to Dubai Mall Restaurants.
Shops: Grocery story Spinney's, a 2-minute walk from the building.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

• Dubai Mall is 15-minutes away on foot and 5-minutes away by car.
• Closest Metro Station is Business Bay, 4 km away.
• Burj Khalifa and the World Trade Centre are a 10-minutes drive away.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Please note that late check-ins after 21:00 are subject to a surcharge of AED 150. This fee must be paid in advance to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in process.

Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before your arrival, which we must upload to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED X per night.

Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without a 48-hour notice will incur a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our property in the best quality and on time. We hope you will consider this, respect the checkout time, and remain fair to the next guests.

Housekeeping, laundry, airport transfers, and other services are offered during your stay. Please note that additional charges apply.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.
