About this apartment rental
At an elevation of 800 meters, we welcome you to a small, quiet community at the foot of the Brotjacklriegel, the local mountain of the Sonnenwald region, between Deggendorf and Passau.
Our small one-room vacation apartment, approximately 32 square meters with a kitchenette, bathroom, and terrace, is located in a vacation complex.
Our houses are situated in a quiet area with no through traffic.
From here, you can embark on countless hikes and discover the beauty of the Bavarian Forest, or visit cities and attractions.
Whether it’s the National Park, Pullman City, Dreiburgensee, Deggendorf, Passau, or the Neuschönau Tree Top Trail—countless destinations await you.
The communal garden features a grill, chairs, and lounge chairs. Here you can relax comfortably and enjoy the panoramic view.
Your car is safely parked in the underground garage. Please note: The underground garage is located in the basement WITHOUT an elevator; the apartment is on the first floor from the front door.
A washing machine and dryer are located in Building C in the basement (fee applies).
