**Living Room**
Following your meal, unwind in style by stretching out on our inviting leather couch, where you can indulge in your favorite shows on the generous 55-inch Roku screen. Please note that there is a futon that can be utilized for sleeping if needed. However, it`s worth noting that although functional, it may not offer the most comfortable experience.
**Washer/Dryer** They are located in the common hallway space just outside this apartment. This amenity is shared among all guests in this apartment building.
PET POLICIES/GUIDELINES
- We accept dogs (max of 1), but do not accept cats.
- Pet fee is a one time fee per pet unless staying greater than 30 days
- To prevent damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your own pet`s bedding or crate for their comfort.
- Whenever possible, please crate pets when not home.
- Please be sure your dog is on a leash at all times when outdoors and pick up all pet waste in the yard during your stay.

Farmhouse Oasis was a perfect loc for our central Maine fall visit. Unit appeared to have been recently remodeled and was finished off quite nice. Check in was a non event which was also nice. For the fall visits, would be nice to have some route recommendations for out of town guest looking to experience the many fall color vistas the area has to offer.
