Welcome to The Spruce, a cozy and beautifully updated studio in the heart of Historic Downtown Delafield. Set within a charming 1800s Cream City brick building, this unique space combines historic character with thoughtful modern touches for a comfortable and memorable Lake Country stay.
THE SPACE
The Spruce may be cozy, but it is packed with amenities designed to make your stay feel special.
Relax and unwind beside the built-in gas fireplace, curl up for a movie on the large Smart TV, or simply enjoy the warmth and character of this historic space.
The kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with a built-in induction cooktop, full-size microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, cookware, utensils, dishes, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom feels like a little retreat of its own, featuring a large tiled shower, heated floors, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It's an especially cozy touch during Wisconsin's cooler months.
GUEST ACCESS
You'll have the entire private studio to yourself, along with your own exterior entrance. A personalized keyless-entry code will be provided on the day of your arrival, making check-in simple and convenient.
Green Door Café is located next door, but The Spruce has its own private exterior entrance and does not share an interior entrance with the café.
Guests are also welcome to enjoy the large shared backyard—a relaxing outdoor space tucked away behind the building.

The host couldn't have been more helpful especially in light of our last minute changes. The place is just as it looks and is located in darling Delafield. I'll definitely be back.
