About this house rental
Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom house with breathtaking views of Dale Hollow Lake. This beautiful property boasts 4 queen beds, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. With amenities like heating, hair dryer, AC, WiFi, iron, a washer and dryer, you'll have everything you need for a convenient and enjoyable stay. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers. Whether you're exploring the area or simply relaxing at home, it's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our own small piece of Paradise.
The space
This home has ample space for the entire family with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, two bathrooms on main level and 1 bathroom downstairs. There is a second living room downstairs.
There is a washer and dyer on the main level with some laundry detergent provided complimentary.
There is also lake access within the subdivision via path behind the lakeside pavilion. (NO BOAT ACCESS)
The closest marina is Mitchell Creek Marina that is about 11 miles or 20 minutes drive. The marina has a restaurant and boat rentals.
THE AREA:
PARADISE @ The Pointe is surrounded by lake views of Dale Hollow Lake and surrounding mountain views. The house is not in close proximity to local businesses and restaurants. There are no food delivery services at this location so please plan accordingly. Celina city limits is approximately 10 miles and Livingston city limits is approximately 15 miles.
Community Pavilion near the Lake:
There is a pavilion located at the end of Bald Eagle Rd. Also, there is a pathway which is a short walk down to the lake which is ideal for swimming or fishing. (NO BOAT ACCESS)
Marina for boats:
The closest marinas are Mitchell Creek Marina or Horse Creek Marina. Mitchell Creek Marina is about 11 miles or 20 minutes drive. There is a restaurant and boat rentals. Horse Creek Marina is about 6.1 miles or 13 minutes drive.
Parking:
The driveway will accommodate (4) vehicles. If additional parking is needed, please park in the gravel area beside the house and out of the roadway. Please no parking is permitted on adjacent lots as the lots are privately owned.
Grilling:
There is a griddle with propane provided with grilling utensils.
Gas Fireplace:
There is a gas fireplace located in the living room. (The fireplace will only be operational during Fall and Winter months.)
Coffee Pot:
There is a Keurig K-Duo Single-Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker. Some K-cups are provided. If a pot of coffee is preferred, you will need to provide your own.
WiFi:
WiFi is provided with fiber optic internet with speeds up to 1 GIG.

This cabin was beautiful! The views, neighborhood and location were perfect for a weekend lake trip with friends. The cabin had everything you could need and was so clean and nice! Definitely will be coming back! The host were also excellent to deal with and had great communication!
