The condo was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The view was lovely and my grandchildren who live nearby enjoyed the beach and the heated pool! I was a bit disappointed in the communication from the management company however. I was not told that the elevator had not been working for 5 months and I arrived alone with two heavy suitcases to drag up 5 flights. Then I got locked out when the keyless lock's battery died. I called Vacasa and the gentleman I spoke to did not speak English very well. After waiting outside for over half an hour for a call back I discovered that he reported my problem to a local management company in Colorado instead of in Florida! Fortunately, the nice next door neighbor who found us waiting outside called the owner of the condo who gave us the code for the lock box which held a key. The elevator is going to be fixed and the battery will be replaced in the keyless lock so I would love to stay in this condo again!

Positives: Cozy. Nice location. Fully stocked kitchen. Negatives: No elevator. Door code didn’t work. Outside for 40 waiting to get in. Elock broken. Shouldn’t management company check this? When finally got thru to speak to someone, also mentioned screens onto deck were very hard to open and light in closet not working. No response to this at all. Door lock got fixed 3 days into our trip. Communication wasn’t great. We would rent again if elevator functioning. 5 flights were hard. Our fault for not reading this in description.
