The on bed-room apartment can accommodate up to 2/4 beds, for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children.
The apartment is accessed from a terrace with a coffee table. Inside you will have a bright living room with a panoramic view with a sofa bed (comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children) and a TV, a kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave.
The sleeping area consists of a spacious double bedroom and bathroom with shower, washing machine and bidet. Both the bedroom and the living room have air conditioning.
There are free, unassigned parking spaces available near the apartment where you can park comfortably if available.

Important Notes:

- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small pets are allowed, with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros (ONLY ONE PET, MAXIMUM 10 KG)
- rental for a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
