*Emerald Retreat* is a new designer townhome at the heart of Capitol Hill with Space Needle view, A/C and a free dedicated parking. With 97 walk score, you can stroll to shops, restaurants, groceries and public transit. 10-15 minutes away to major destinations like Space Needle, Pike Market, Amazon Campus, University of Washington, Seattle University, Swedish, Virginia Mason and Harborview Medical Centers.

Second floor: kitchen and living room, sofa, A/C
Third floor: one queen bed, full bathroom w/ tub, dedicated work space, washer and dryer, portable A/C
Fourth floor: master bedroom with queen bed and trundle twin XL bed, full bathroom w/ standing shower, A/C
Upstairs: rooftop deck with outdoor furniture

The home is close to everything:

Downtown Seattle/Pike Place Market -> 10-15 min drive
Amazon Spheres -> 10 min drive
Chinatown/International District -> 10 min drive
Space Needle/Chihuly Glass Museum/Olympic sculpture park -> 12 min drive
Airport -> 25 min drive or Light Rail 1-Line and get off at Capitol Hill Station
PARKING
We have one free dedicated parking spot in the back of the building. It fits a midsize SUV (#4 from the left). Parking is accessed from the ally between 13th Ave and 14th Ave.
GUEST ACCESS
Guest access will be granted via a smart lock.
HOUSE RULES
We want guests to have the right expectations so you can have a smooth and happy experience.
- Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine), no smoking, vaping or any drugs anywhere on the property including outdoor areas ($300 fine), no shoes in the home, no pets.
- Quiet hours between 10pm-8am, and please also be cognizant of noise level outside quiet hours as we share walls with neighbors. There is a noise monitor device that can access sound level but doesn’t record audio in the living room.
- A doorbell camera at the front door to monitor exterior of the house. No camera inside house.
- Please expect to climb stairs - there are 4 flights of stairs and 5 stories.
- Our home is child and family-friendly but not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.

Annie is a wonderful host. She is easy t reach and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped, she had coffee, tea, sparkling water and even granola bars. Quality toilet paper and paper towels. The parking spot was convenient too. This is our 2nd year staying at Annie’s place and we will be back.
