The trick is to stay outside of Cinque Terre, I hope you don't, b/c I want this place all to my self

Maurizio is literally the best host ever. He made the process easy, made sure we were taken care of, and is the type of person who would go out of his way just to make sure you are totally taken care of. You can't find better than this.

Sometimes you have to take a step back and just enjoy being in a beautiful town, with beautiful beaches, and beautiful weather, with amazing access to anything you want and need, and think about nothing else. Make sure you read the booking for any rental property, and if it sounds good to you, go with it and enjoy it. You get a good location here, parking, enough space for a family like we had (mom, dad, 7month old), and enjoyed our stay.

Good size 3 rooms to sleep in. Bathroom and kitchen with all that is needed.

Nothing that can be done, but be aware the train is right next to the rooms and there is a big church bell right next to the building starting ding dong at 8am The vacuum cleaner and the hair dryer did not have an adaptor for the electrical sockets. Would be good to add as guests (like us) might not have. Doors are a bit too squeaky… should be oiled as we would wake up our kids when closing/opening

Excellent location

The location is excellent, in the middle of the town and close to the beach. WiFi connection is good. Facilities where comfortable.

We received a budget appartement without a balcony and with little light entering. On the booking website you see pictures of other apartments which does not resemble the apartment we received, it would be better for expectation management to show the exact picture of the apartment you receive.

Could have been better

The host was very nice. The collection of the keys went smoothly. Also when we decided to reduce the length of our stay, the host was very understanding and immediately agreed to give a reimbursement.

For us the location was not like presented on the photos. The apartment had a musty scent. The apartment was also very old. We didn't like the place and decided to reduce the length of our stay.

Cute seaside apartments great for a large group.

Moneglia is a quaint little seaside town bursting with character and a wonderful array of dining choices and hikes. It's tucked away from the hustle of Cinque Terre, but still, an easy trip to visit the villages by train.

Central apartment great as a base

Very responsive staff. Had all amenities we needed for working in the morning and enjoying breakfast on the balcony. Nice big terrace.

It was next to the train tracks but I suppose all places in town would be affected by the noise of passing trains.

Okay experience

The location was great! Very close to restaurant s and the beach. The apartment was spacious and clean no complaint s abut that

Staff not really helpful, just pretty much gave us the keys and left. Didnt show us where anything was or how anything works. First night we slept with just sheets unaware that there were throw blankets in a different room. Overall it was not very welcoming and because of that we were very hesitant to stay.

Schöne Wohnung mit üppiger Ausstattung und exzellenter Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein Traum, nahe am Meer, zum Strand und zum Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, das man sich vorstellen kann (Sonnenschirm für den Strand, Bügeleisen, Backofen und Mikrowelle),

An keinem Fenster war ein Mückennetz angebracht, so dass ein Lüften wegen der zahlreichen Mücken im Grunde nicht möglich war. Die Wohnung ist relativ dunkel, da sich vor jedem Fenster eine Mauer bzw. Hecke befindet.

Il mare è bellissimo!

Un forte odore di muffa e per chi come noi soffre di asma non è per niente bello !!! Un consiglio cambiate quei asciugamani oppure cambiate modo di lavare la biancheria, personalmente abbiamo avuto i nostri ma per chi è sprovvisto non so come potrebbe fare!Mi aspettavo tutt'altro visto le foto che avete su booking!!!Il terazzino di sopra ha bisogno di una bella pulizia

Parfait

L'appartement est propre, grand, et très bien situé. Maurizio est très réactif en cas de besoin. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer les vacances. Clim dans toutes les pièces, 2 salles de bain. Un parking est disponible et gratuitement. Je reviendrai avec plaisir a cet endroit qui était parfait.

Godt utstyrt leilighet med sentral beliggenhet. Den lå i et kompleks med adgang kun for de som bodde der.

Sengene var ikke særlig gode, virket litt fuktig i leiligheten. Uteområdet kunne vært bedre rengjort. Stod ikke helt til forventningene det var ganske dyrt å leie her.

Entäucht schon bei ankunft

*die Küche war ganz gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. *Waschmaschine ging gut ,waschpulver vorhanden, genügend Handtücher vorhanden *prima welan und netflix möglichkeit * ausreichend decken im Schrank vorhanden

ACHTUNG ES IST NICHT DIE WOHNUNG AUF DEN VIELEN BILDERN! (wir hatten eine Art kellerwohnug appartement G1) Kein Zugang zu balkon/Terrasse-daher keine Möglichkeit Wäsche richtig zu trocken! Dusche läuft aus ACHTUNG ⚠️ ZUG GLEISE ,direkt am appartement, sehr laut, ebenfalls liegt die Wohnung in der "einflugschnaise der dorfjugend ,Touristen usw" bis 23:30 immer laute Gegend. Schwierig ist es auch bei der Ankunft zu finden,appartement liegt in zweiter Reihe, vorm Kreisverkehr rechts ,nach der Brücke.

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring

Positief dat we de auto afgesloten in een garage konden zetten. Aardige beheerder. De locatie is fijn, dichtbij het strand; klein rustig en gemoedelijk centrum( niet zo toeristisch) en 5 minuten lopen naar een supermarktje. De 2 badkamers voor 2 stellen en aanwezigheid van de wasmachine. Het 2 persoonsbed was ok. Tip: Iets meer kleur en wat accessoires binnen gebruiken zodat het wat huiselijker aanvoelt.

26 mei j.l een appartement geboekt voor 4 nachten met 2 slaapkamers (2x- 2 persoonsbed) voor 4 volwassenen en uitzicht op de tuin. Iets later een upgrade ivm airco erbij geboekt. Bij aankomst schrokken we van het aanblik van het appartement, het voelde aan alsof we in een bunker zaten. Het was niet het appartement waar we voor gekozen hadden. Enigste uitzicht was, via het keukenraam, naar een blinde muur aan de straatkant. Er bleek maar 1 slaapkamer een 2-persoons bed te hebben, de andere kamer had een stapelbed. Ons was niet verteld dat het een ander appartement was dan dat we geboekt hadden. Zelfs met 3 airco's werd het wel koeler maar was de luchtvochtigheid hoog waardoor het binnen klam aanvoelde. Er stond een luchtdroger die om de paar uur leeggegooid moest worden. Elke keer als we terugkwamen rook het enigzins naar schimmel. In de woonkamer zag je vochtplekken op de muren en in de kast. Onze vrienden hebben slecht geslapen op de stapelbedden, als we dit geweten hadden, hadden we wat anders geboekt. De slaapbank in het woongedeelte was geen optie, het zit al niet lekker laat staan het slapen erop.

Patio esterno disordinato, praticamente inutilizzabile. Terazza inutilizzabile perché senza attrezzatura adeguata. Vicinanza alla.ferrovia non menzionata in annuncio, seppur non particolarmente rumorosa. Essenziali informazioni da.parte dell'host all'arrivo.

Tutto!! Non solo la comodità la pulizia la posizione erano perfette , ma la comprensione ,l'umanità e la disponibilità da parte di Maurizio e della sua famiglia nell'aiutarci dopo aver avuto una brutta esperienza personale che non c'entra nulla con gli appartamenti, mi hanno fatta sentire protetta e a casa...grazie Maurizio ti sceglierò sempre e sempre e di nuovo sempre e solo te❤️
