This two-bedroom apartment in Porto is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by stairs.
This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options. There's also a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer, a drying rack and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has two single beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The neighbourhood is close to significant spots in the city and not far from the Douro River. Its central location, proximity to Faculdade de Belas Artes, and low rental prices make it a highly searched place among students.
Containing the central train station in the north region, travelling to other Portuguese cities becomes easy in Campanhã.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Close to two metro stations and all everyday shops, the apartment is perfect for a few days if you don't have back problems. The spring mattresses are of very poor quality and kitchen utensils are missing. The street is very noisy during the day but quiet at night.
