About this house rental
Welcome to the Bowman House. Just a 9 minute walk from the College of Wooster, there is room for the whole family to visit! Our home features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a large office with a pull out couch, and a game room for those high stakes ping pong tournaments with your kids!
On the first floor:
1. the eat-in kitchen that includes essential cookware, appliances, and a coffee bar.
2. The game room
3. The living room featuring a 65" TV
4. The Office room with a pull out couch that can sleep two people.
5. The half bath.
On the 2nd Floor:
1. The primary bedroom featuring a king bed, TV, and attached laundry room.
2. Two other bedrooms featuring queen beds & TVs.
3. The main bathroom featuring a tub & shower combo.
The guests will have access to the first and second floors, as well as the he front and back porches.
We are available through the airbnb app.
The off-street parking is behind the house. That is where you will enter the property.
1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3.Please remove shoes in the house.
4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
