Nice and cozy apartment on the 1th level, located on Espaillat street in the colonial zone, 30 minutes from Las Americas international airport and 45 minutes from Boca Chica beach, the famous pedestrian street is 500 meters away and the boardwalk 300 meters from the city, in the surroundings of the condominium you will find grocery stores, laundries and pharmacies. It is close to the most important monuments of the country, close to bars, casinos, shops and more places of fun
The rooms each have a double bed, bedside table, table lamp, ceiling fan, wardrobes, Iron and ironing board * Each Room Has Air Conditioning *.
The bathroom is equipped with the essentials (toilet, sink, bathtub, mirror and hot water.
