Located approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) from the airport, they offer convenience and comfort.





This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with one kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave), living room with TV, small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals, and two bathrooms. This property also comes with a well-sized balcony with inland views and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, up to a maximum of 10.

Additional information:



1. There is a government Ecotax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per person, per night.



2. Please note that the damage deposit of €150 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. Cards accepted. This is adjusted to €50 per person after the 5th person onwards. (Applies to bookings less than 1-month stay).

9. After check out cleaning fees for a monthly or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
